Functional Training: Master's Add-On

This membership plan is an add-on for members who are enrolled in our Masters Swimming program. The strength and conditioning training at Trident are geared toward functional training that translates to better movement outside the gym and optimized performance for athletes looking to compete in an athletic sport. Sessions are led by a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Sessions will be individualized based on unique goals, but generally will include strength, conditioning and mobility work.
